Rio has been a Virtual Executive Assistant for over 5 years and a small-business owner for over 10. She is incredibly passionate about helping others achieve their goals and get more time in their day-to-day.
Her focus is on ensuring that your time is dedicated to what you love most, whether that be spending more time with your family or with your clients.
Rio has worked in a corporate setting and as a freelance assistant, so she comes with plenty of experience regardless of your situation. She offers both professional and personal administrative assistant services, including calendar management, booking, customer service representation, and email management. She also creates social media content, manages accounts, and more!

Chadwick Jones
Co-Founder & CTO | Full-Stack Development, UX, Product Management, & Web Design | Graphic Design & Brand Development
Chadwick has been a software engineer for over 8 years and has assisted both small and corporate companies in their web design, app design, and full-stack engineering implementation. He has a passion for combining his talents in creative design with his engineering background to provide an artistic and seamless user experience for the projects he assists and leads.
Chadwick was a front-end engineer at Amazon for over 6 years and has taken a step back from the corporate structure to focus his efforts on helping smaller-scale teams looking to make a difference with their work. With his extensive background in leadership, engineering, and project management, he is capable of handling any project, from creating a Squarespace site for you to manage to constructing a custom, data-driven, full-stack web application for your team and users.
With his talent and experience extending across product and user experience specialties and operating as the senior technical lead on large-scale engineering projects with a focus on the full product lifecycle, Chadwick is able to tackle the creative and technical sides of any project—eliminating a lot of time and money traditionally spent harmonizing differing perspectives when hiring multiple specialists in different areas.
